Add the chance to auto casting Storm Gust on enemy when doing physical attack. Storm Gust has a chance to inflicting Stone Curse, Poison, Blind and Confusion to an enemy. The chance is incresed depending on refine rate of compounded weapon. Has 20% chance of freezin an enemy when attaking.

The chance is incresed depending on refine rate of compounded weapon.
